It is important to note that the "Langley Cove" 341 unit development proposal, which has been before the City of Laconia for quite some time, was denied by the City Planning Board on October 7, 2008.

Does Brady Sullivan have intentions of submitting a revised plan?

The following information is from the October 7, 2008 Laconia Planning Board Meeting.

At the August 5, 2008 Planning Board Meeting the applicant was required to submit, by October 15th , a density reduction plan similar to the concept presented by Planning Staff. Instead the applicant has presented a new design review concept that the board gave an informal vote of confidence to, at this meeting of October 7, 2008. This design review concept includes the removal of several buildings “red flagged” and removed by Planning Staff and adds a seconds 81 unit residential building with under garage. In addition the design concept plan removes roadway and other impervious surface and increase the retainage of existing vegetative cover for screening from Paugus Bay, and minimization of erosion control issues during construction.

Does the new design make reference to the continuation and preservation of Langley Brook and the pond that is shared by Prescott Farm?
